Stable Waterfront Solutions

Protect your beautiful shoreline property.

With our skillfully built seawalls, you can rest easy when there are high winds and stormy weather. As a barrier against pounding waves, fluctuating water levels, ice erosion, and shifting temperatures, our durable seawalls help protect shorelines and structures. These features help ensure the stability and longevity of your property, so you can enjoy your waterfront activities for years to come. Whether you need a brand-new seawall built or your existing feature repaired or modified, we can help.

What to Expect

We have all the heavy equipment and trucks needed to properly excavate your site. With various seawall building materials available, you can have the design and style that suits your preferences. Choose from natural stone boulders, limestone, Rosetta Outcropping, granite, segmented block walls, riprap, or Redi-Rock.

Once your seawall is in place, we will restore your landscape through seeding and straw application. We can also take this project even further by introducing new landscape features and updates, so that you can make the most of your transformed space. There’s nothing quite like a fire pit by the water!

Why Choose Us

Our team of knowledgeable and skilled licensed builders can secure all necessary permits for you, including from the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality and local agencies. At all times, you can expect great communication throughout every phase of the seawall project, and friendly, accommodating, and expert crew.

Satisfied Customers

“Teddy's just finished a large landscaping project for us and we couldn't be happier. Brent, Collin, Steve, Enrique, and all their crew all did a great job working with us to make sure we were happy. The house looks beautiful and everyone was helpful, professional and very nice to deal with. We would absolutely use them again and plan to. We would recommend them to anyone considering landscaping work. Thanks Teddy's.”
